
The frequencies for MediaWorks' newest radio station Magic, have been announced.
The station is targeted towards 50-69 year-olds who have a youthful, active approach to life and will feature the music and culture that shaped their formative years.
Magic will broadcast on a blend of AM and FM frequencies across the country, as well as being streamed online and on its mobile app.
In Auckland, the station will be broadcast on 702 AM, in Wellington on 891 AM and in Christchurch on 738 AM.
Tauranga, Rotorua and Dunedin locals have the privilege of tuning into the radio station on stereo FM frequencies.
Magic will also extend its reach into nine other centres in the following months including Hawke's Bay, Kāpiti and Queenstown.
Magic will launch on Monday, with Mark Leishman hosting the 6-10am breakfast show and moving from The Breeze.
