Two people have been found dead in a house in rural Manawatū.
The pair, a 56-year-old man, and a 48-year-old woman, were found by a family member about 9pm last night.
Detective Senior Sergeant Craig Sheridan said police attended the scene in Glen Ōroua last night, and again today. They have completed their investigations.
The deaths were not considered suspicious.
It was a "sad set of circumstances", Sheridan said.
